Banana Cocoa Chia Smoothie



Enjoy the luscious and decadent brown goodness of cocoa. This is a creamy chocolate healthy smoothie made with cocoa powder, banana, milk, and chia seeds. It is a satisfying smoothie you can have for breakfast, in the middle of the day, or as a snack.

You can use pre-frozen or fresh bananas with ice cubes. Your choice of milk can be used.

Chia seeds can be softened overnight or soaked a few minutes before blending.



Ingredients

▫2 bananas

▫1 tablespoon chia seeds

▫1/4 cup milk

▫1 tablespoon cocoa powder@hershey's cocoa.

▫Ice- cubes




Instruction

1. Add the milk and ice cubes to a blender, and pour in the chia seeds, cocoa powder, and bananas.


2. Blend until creamy and serve.


Serves 2
