Hello and welcome, once again, to healthy appetizer! It is a new blog, but I bet you will find easy recipes, simple ingredients and clear directions. Today I bring the oatmeal recipe, which is a hearty breakfast staple, more delicious than ever. Best of all, it's customizable.
Aside from a cup of tea or smoothie that I think of at the start of my day, oatmeal is my easy to go to breakfast, l so much relish with any fruits, nuts, and seeds I have at hand. All l just do is scoop into microwaveable jar if l am on quick shifts and top with fruits, include milk, honey and voilà! Then microwave for about 2 minutes whenever I am ready to eat or better still in a microwaveable dish if l am not working early for about 3-5minutes.

Kiwi & Berry Oatmeal
Ingredients
1/4 cup Quaker Oat
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 kiwi
1 tbsp chia seeds.
3/4 cup water
Milk and honey as desired
Directions
🔸️Combine chia seeds, some berries, oats, and water in a medium microwaveable bowl and stir.
🔸️Place in the microwave and cook for about 3-5 minutes or on the stove top.
🔸️Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
