Chia seeds are an easy, delicious snack that will leave you feeling satisfied, satiated, and so energized for your day! It's a healthy snack loaded with protein, fiber and healthy fats.
Customize with any add-ins of your choice
Like any other recipe, this chia seeds pudding is customizable. I add about 2 tablespoons to about 1/2 - 1 cup of water in a clear cup or mason jar, so you can check around for any clumps. I used water to soak overnight and added real whipped cream and strawberry when l was ready to eat it. So YUM! You can include milk or honey—your choice. I enjoy topping mine with fresh fruits or dried fruits, shredded coconut, nuts, granola etc. You can also add in your smoothie.
It's a great option for meal prepping, too. And can be stored in the fridge for a week and grab one whenever you're hungry.

HOW TO MAKE CHIA SEEDS PUDDING
Start with a clear cup or mason jar of almond milk, ( or any milk you'd like), some chia seeds and honey (or any sweetener you'd like). Mix very well until the chia seeds are incorporated into the cream. Wait, a few minutes for the pudding to settle and mix again. You can also leave out the sweetener if you prefer to sweeten it only with the toppings like fresh fruits or dried fruits.
Finally, close the jars and place in the fridge for 2 hours, overnight or up to 7 days. The chia seeds will absorb all the milk and sweetener and be ready to eat them.
