TRIPPLE BERRY SMOOTHIE (No banana)


This colorful, sweet and bursting with berry goodness smoothie is extra-creamy and made without bananas. I used frozen store bought raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries blend with ground flax and water.


My girls are always happy with this type of smoothie, not only because of the luscious taste but the colors.


TRIPPLE BERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

🔸️2 cups frozen berry blend

🔸️1 tbsp flaxseeds, ground

🔸️1 cup of water


Directions

  1. Pour water in the blender and place all the ingredients.

  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed and quickly increase to its highest speed.

  3. Blend for three minutes or until desired consistency is achieved.


Notes

You may substitute out any liquids for the water; consider plant milk.
